Paravida contacted an office employee with a (fake) email trail between Paravida and the owner asking for payment on a past due invoice and the owner stating to send a copy of the invoice to the office employee. This email trail was printed as backup for authorization to pay for the R&D and coaching services listed on the invoice. It was then approved for payment and was later discovered that services were not provided nor approved by owner.
