So avoid Parell Discounts on ebay because they lie they are from the usa. They say on their profile they are from the usa and they say their items are from la, california and they have multiple accounts saying la, california. Also they denied my cancellation because i said I thought i was buying from a usa seller. I had already paid for 2 that are coming from china which annoyd me so i filed a paypal claim and they refunded me immediately.
