We paid $700 cash to Papillons Haven https://papillonshaven.com/ for a Papillon puppy and then was sent to Expresspetflyers.com for shipping. I received flight info and then they wanted another $1500 for shipping. We did NOT pay the $1500 after further searching online for info. However the same phone number was given for Papillons Haven as well as Expresspetflyers.com. We have requested the $700 refund to no avail. We believe the 2 sites on connected and have kept all emails and correspondence. We hope BOTH websites can be taken down for FRAUD. The $700 was a loss but the heartbreak of not receiving the dog was almost worst as we had just lost our 14 yr old dog. The phone numbers associated with this scam are 252-671-6243 and 919-410-8963. I have continually tried to call and they are no longer answer the phone or have blocked my phone number.

If you want any further information we can provide please let me know. Or if there is anything further we can do to prevent someone else from the fraud and heartache please let me know.
