Received a call from an AI agent in 'Processing'. The script was vague, only mentioning that their office received preliminary paperwork, and my phone number was listed as a contact number for the individual they are trying to obtain location information for. Then it instructed me to go to their websites and chat with a live agent. Their website is a dupe of another (Lawson & Palmer - https://lawsonpalmer.com/), with broken links to their privacy policy, terms of service, and FDCPA rights. They are also claiming they are ScamPulse.com accredited, but they are not on the ScamPulse.com website.
