Jamie Ryan's Contact me regarding a program. The government had for hardship loans for people to assist the Earth. It is juice period we talked. Several days I agree to this. He sent me an application and I filled it out. Send it back along with $1000. The first time by check and the second time I sent a FedEx of $750 by check period he then told me later that they was gonna do an appraisal for my home period Call back so they didn't have to do their prizel period and what they were doing now was waiting to send the loan for once to me. So far it's been 6 weeks. I have not received anything. He has not contacted me. I've called him several times left in voicemail message. Send him a letter. He still has not responded. And to this day I sent him or called him. He did not answer my phone call. And he has not returned my phone call period I am requesting my 1750 back because I believe he's a scammer and the company that he's representing on Ventura inventor wherever I don't believe it's a real. Oh company, then they didn't set up some sort of website with a Pacific life servicing.com or something like that and I'm here now to report him as a scammer period I've contacted my bank.I've contacted the police and waiting to hear from either one of them to call back.

Same Scam, New Victim

We recieved a referral through veterans Affairs. We were told they could refinance our mortgage, send us a $43,000.00 equity loan, and lower our monthly payments. We were told we were pre-approved for 299,000.00. hen we asked what company was underwriting the mortgage,Robert assured my husband that Pacific Life Servicing would be our next finance company. He sent us a letter outlining terms and conditions which we signed, and we sent our financial statements and a cashier's check for $1500.00, which we were told wasn't cover the underwriters fee and the appraisal fee. We waited nearly three weeks for the appraiser,and tried over three weeks to get Robert on the phone. My husband spoke to him on Thursday, Dec 19, 2024, and Robert said our appraisal was scheduled for Monday, Dec 23, 2024 from 9 am to 12 noon. Needless to say we had invested our Christmas funds as well. Also,needless to say, there has been no appraisal done, and Robert is no.longer answering calls from our area code, since we tried reaching him through several family members phones. Tomorrow I will contact the ICe, the State Attorney General, the fair trades department, and any other avenues I can access to get our money back. What a foul human being! In researching his phone number, I found it registered to a D. Hall. With references to a Justus Hall & Beverly Hall of Chatsworth, CA. So that definitely is waving major red flags!

I thought I was getting my home refinance by a company. I talk to the man on the phone everyday about the process of my application. I did everything he told me to do. I paid him for the service. He never did the process and my mortgage was steady going up this went on for 2 month. And now nothing no phone call email nothing from him. I damn near hit foreclosure on my home. I'm very pissed off about this. When I was talking to him he was saying him being very busy because of what happen with the hurricanes. He just completely stopped answering my phone call.

I was contacted by phone saying that I may qualify for a government program for a cash out refinance on my home. After providing bank statements and proof of income, I was told that I was approved. Then I emailed a contract to print out and sign, and told that I needed to mail the signed contract with a cashier's check in the amount of $1750 to pay for servicing fees and an appraisal. After they received the check, I was told the appraisal would be in 7-10 business days. After waiting weeks with no updates, I called my point of contact and he told me that because I had recently had a loan modification, that things had gotten more complicated. He assured me that he would do his best to get me the refinance and that if they were unable to do so that the money I sent was fully refundable. That was the last time I spoke to him. I called and texted multiple times a day for a week and no response. I never received any services or a refund.

On September 18,2024 at pacific life servicing presented us with a refinance our mortgage at 3.99% 30 year fixed with 1500.00 down for appraisal and other cost. He said it was a 100% done deal. He received our check and said he would get back to me in 15 min he was sick I tried for days to contact him no answer. I began serching and reading other cases and thought i was being scammed well it was true. He finally called me back and said he had covid and he would return my call yet again i waited about 2 days and i finally sent a voice mail that we wanted our money back that i was going to my bank for fraud. He did finally call abd said no I'll refund your money like it states in the documents. I'll send you an overnight tracking number. Still no tracking number. No refund no answer to emails calls or text. But has read all my text. I have all documents as well
