In addition, Mr. ******* paid Pacific Ghostwriting $7,000.00 for the printing and delivery of 2,500 copies of his book to Barnes and Noble stores. Mr. ******* paid a further $2,000.00 for advertising in Times Square.
To date, Pacific Ghostwriting has not delivered on its obligations. Mr. ******* has not received any independent confirmation that any of his books were printed or delivered to Barnes and Noble. No advertising was done in Times Square. Only a few interviews were made by Mr. *******.
It is apparent that Pacific Ghostwriting took advantage of Mr. *******. He is retired and lives outside the United States. This behavior is abusive and fraudulent.
On March 19, 2025, I wrote to the address of Pacific Ghostwriting listed on its website. I emailed the letter to the email addresses that Mr. ******* corresponded with its representatives. Pacific Ghostwriting did not respond to the letter. The letter was returned as attempted unknown. Since Pacific Ghostwriting is not listed in any state or local records and its address is bogus, we can only conclude that Pacific Ghostwriting is a fraudulent organization.
