Very rude about getting asked about orders that were placed 8 months ago. The shipping label trick seems to be a thing. Dissappointing. Scam? Mebbe. At this point it feels like theft. Avoid

Scam and Pump

Ordered these for my son in November, well here we are in June and nothing. Only a notice from April that says “Shipping label printed”. The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with, you have to get ahold of them through Instagram, they are snarky with their replies and just keep saying “be patient” this is past the point of that. They have thousands of peoples money hemmed up with no explanation of when they are getting their products. Beyond ridiculous!

I order the Pump & Skid plush combo set back in November. I got a notice it would be delayed till December. I didn't hear back or receive them, so I went to their website. It said delayed till January. Okay, so I waited still. Now February, still nothing, so I went back to their website & they're showing to be in stock, yet haven't sent them. As you can see on my screenshot, the email says to reply to the email if not received product. I failed to see in black and white that they refuse refunds. Major red flag there. I'm out $71 for those stupid things & they were supposed to be a birthday gift for my son. So many choice words...

Literally the EXACT same situation! I ordered back in November hoping it would be here by Christmas! I even paid the $22 for expedited shipping and still nothing! I've messaged, nothing! It is now almost mid April and still no skid and pump 2.0! $72 gone. I've heard some people eventually get their items, but it takes a LONG time for the package to arrive. Smh, if it does come I will NEVER order from this company again! ?

I ordered some mushroom plush for my nephew in December 2021 from ownaj. They said they'd send a confirmation email which I never received. I contacted them and didn't hear back for at least three weeks. Today (Feb 19 2022) I received an email saying my purchase has been shipped. I understand the difficulties businesses are having with shipments in this day and age but they could at least communicate this if they want continued business. Or at the very least, send a damn reciept. I will not buy from this company again.

Do not order plushies SCAM

I ordered plushies in November and have not received my order or status update. They are quick to take your money and then you can only contact them via email. They are stealing peoples money

Hi, I've been having the same situation. I ordered the Spooky Month bundle during the pre-order, and I didn't even receive a confirmation e-mail, which was so weird.

I then contacted them about the lack of communication about the tracking of the package and they responded how they were sorry about the delay since shipping overseas has been difficult, and now the package is supposed to ship after Christmas and should arrive during January.

I'm still hoping it's going to arrive, I've heard about other people having similar problems with their delayed orders, not just with the Spooky Month bundle, just in general with their recent merchandise. I'll post any other update in case something happens.

I went to ownaj.com to order an item called Pelo Plush. I reached out to them at the “contact us” on their website and they apologized for the delay and informed me that my order will be “shipping soon” and said:

“Let us explain why you have been waiting so long. These plush toys are being manufactured by a Mexican company we are not affiliated with called "Soul Kawaii" and you can reach out to them as to why they have been so slow in producing the Pelo Plush on their Facebook or Twitter.”

Along with this explanation, they guaranteed I would have the item by Christmas. Still, I have yet to receive a response from ownaj.com to include other countless emails, requesting a status and/or refund of $30.50.

I caution anyone from ordering from ownaj.com.
