I ordered a shirt and a hat September 11 2025. After multiple back and forth emails it was finally delivered October 4th. Except the hat was missing. I tried getting a refund for the hat multiple times and every time there was an excuse and every time they tried giving me a discount to buy another. Finally they gave me a gift card for the correct amount. I ordered a new hat October 6th along with another hat. It showed that it shipped October 22. Today is November 6th and it still is still pending acceptance in Raleigh North Carolina. It hasn’t shipped yet. It’s now been 2 months since I initially ordered the first hat and haven’t received it yet

I purchased two hats with this company and still do not have any shipping or tracking. Once I contacted and spent money, no one has responded and no items have been delivered. Scam company!!! (Their website only says they are in St. Louis, MO)
