I websearched for skin tone specific KT tape. This website looked legitimate and accepted Shop pay, so I placed an order on Nov 21st. It is now Jan 18th and I have placed two emails to their customer service, but my order still shows in an “order placed” status. I have asked to cancel my order twice now and have not received any communication back either way.
