This company was hired to complete a house appraisal report. They charged full price but did not complete the report in full. They under-valued the house by 400K. The house is 8 years old with no damages and loaded with upgrades. They did not complete the report or provide any evidence as to why the value was 400K less than other homes in the same neighbourhood. They did not include those properties in the report but instead included properties from other neighborhoods however, they did not include any street addresses. *** **** ********** **** * *** **** ** ** **** *** ***** *** ****** **** ******* ** ****** *** *** ******** *** **** ** ***** **** ************ **** ** **** *** ****** It has been a week and after paying 750, for an expedited service, we still do not have a completed appraisal report. If you have a deal pending, do not use this company. There are other more suitable and honest organizations out there who are fair and just.
