Found Consumer I ordered a Cordless Vacuum V1 Ultra – Next-Gen 120,000 RPM Motor product advertised online from Oryzom for my mother. It was supposedly recommended by Consumer Reports. I went through the Oryzom website. Order placed January 4th. Status on January 5th was "On its way" with "Estimated Arrival Time:2026-01-12 04:00:00". As of 1/20/2026, tracking number indicates that product has still not reached shipping facility. No repsonses to mulitple emails sent to supposed customer service email. No phone # available to call.

Looked for best car vacuums, found this on https://www.consumertestreports.org, found the Oryzom vacuum and it took me to a website to buy, very legit-looking. Paid for it, followed the tracking number, then I got an email saying it was delivered. I have cameras all over the house, no one showed up any time that day. Emailed them and got no response.
