The scammer introduced himself as Charles Woodley and offered that my wife Diana won $1,000,000 from Oracle Corporation (on the text message but not verbally in the conversation when I called him back). When he asked whether I wanted the claim form for the money, I replied "Yes". I informed Mr. Woodley that * am a criminal investigations consultant and data forensics expert under title XXXII, chapter 493, section 6102 of the Florida statutes specializing in fraud and scam investigations. * have solved every such investigation since 2006 - a 100% success rate.
