I saw an ad on Facebook for a chair. I clicked on it and proceeded to buy the chair. It was supposed to come in 1-2 weeks and never showed. The tracking number I was sent didn't work, so I emailed the company about it. They told me it was shipped and on it's way. They told me the tracking information is delayed and wouldn't show where it's at currently. Later they told me it was delivered, when it wasn't. I did receive an ugly scarf with horses on it. It's just one excuse after the other. They asked me to send an email with my original invoice of purchase after I asked for a refund. Then they said the package was lost and they'd give me a partial refund.
