They posted a video on TikTok saying they were selling 2 tickets to a concert up in Hershey Park and then I messaged them and they soon deleted the video and uploaded another one saying they were selling 2 tickets to another show in New York. I messaged them asking how much the tickets were and how many they had and suddenly they had as many tickets as I needed.

The site had administrators that were to verify sellers so there would be no scammers only to find out Admin. are scammers. Sent payment for tickets not receive. Got the run around.

AVOID PHILADELPHIA THEATER FOR TICKETS! I thought I purchased tickets for a musical from a reputable ticket seller. It was a SCAM. They never sent me my tickets and refused to refund me. Their website says no refund if tickets are not accepted or declined. I NEVER got the Transfer email with the link with the tickets. They then sent a transfer email with a dead link. Still no tickets. They refuse to refund. I said to them I did not decline or not accept the tickets - you never sent them! I sent them screenshots they still decline to refund.

I have emails and screenshots of my live chat conversations and called them multiple times. PHILADELPHIA THEATER IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD.
