I got an ad on Tiktok for some beanbag chairs from Heylaco. They were having a black friday deal so I went ahead and bought two of them. I ordered them a November 3rd. They stated on their website that orders would take 15 business days to process and ship, so I waited patiently. I reached out via email and never heard back. I also called the number located on their website and it stated that it was out of service.

I found Heylaco from an ad on TikTok offering a pre Black Friday discount on giant bean bags. The website looked legitimate. Once the payment was made, everything went silent. No updates on shipping, no email response from customer support. It’s been almost a month, and I don’t expect to ever receive what I paid for. Thankfully, it wasn’t too much of a loss financially, but I am upset I fell for this scam. I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to Heylaco like I did.
