I found Heylaco from an ad on TikTok offering a pre Black Friday discount on giant bean bags. The website looked legitimate. Once the payment was made, everything went silent. No updates on shipping, no email response from customer support. It’s been almost a month, and I don’t expect to ever receive what I paid for. Thankfully, it wasn’t too much of a loss financially, but I am upset I fell for this scam. I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to Heylaco like I did.

Offering products through TikTok and then you pay for them and never get them. Ordered 2 large human dog beds and never got them
