I got an ad on TikTok for this website. They said they have a sale because the owners are retiring. Looking at the website the pictures all seem AI. There is no location address, phone number, etc. I am afraid they are stealing peoples credit card info and either using it or selling it. They may very well not be in the US as the location they have just says "New York, USA".

Ad was on TikTok for these bracelets that pair with each other and you can communicate with the person wearing the other bracelet as they are synced. The ad shows the bracelets describes everything they do and they even have a video. Then when you purchase the items you receive these $2 bracelets that are just charms on a rope. They have absolutely no ability to do anything the website says. It is a bait and switch tactic. They did return some of the money but not all

The website has a promotional video on TikTok showing real authentic carhart jackets that were meant to be redone and personalized. After looking through the website and seeing the products I felt it would be safe to order one. When I received what was supposed to be a carhart jacket, I turned out to be a poor quality zip up sweatshirt with a carhart logo poorly sewn on. I contacted the seller explaining my reason for wanting to return the item and why I was upset with it. I even sent over pictures of what I ordered and what was received showing the obvious difference. They proceed to not allow me to return the product. It was a complete scam. Beware

This business claims to sell hello kitty dolls on Tik tok. Their videos have gone viral leading to many people placing orders on their website under the guise of a pre order however they never fulfill the order. I placed an order on December 25th for a hello kitty that was to be shipped within 4-6 weeks. When I didn’t receive an update, I reached out via email and social media to no avail. Upon looking at the comments on their videos, it seems many others are experiencing the same thing. People are placing orders, never receiving them and then the seller doesn’t respond to inquiries.

Saw an advertisement for advent calendars through TikTok Shop. Made the purchase on Nov 5th. Tracking was generated on Nov 12th but never actually showed an arrival at the post office. Contacted customer service on Nov 26th, 27th, and 29th with no response and still no movement on shipping.

I got a sponsored ad in my tiktok feed for a customized pet portrait sweatshirt. Clicked the CTA, visited the website, placed my order, money was exchanged, I got an email confirmation and never heard from them again. I followed up 3 times for updates to my order and received no reply from the business. I checked their tiktok comments and saw hundreds of comments mirroring my experience. They are still ACTIVELY posting products for sale on tiktok, immediate action is necessary to stop the scam. And frankly tiktok should be held accountable for better vetting of their paid advertisers because this is becoming increasingly common.

Seller posted ad on TikTok. I thought she was legit, since it was advertised in such a large platform. After purchase I received an order conformation email. Month later and no delivery email or tracking info. Reached out to seller with no success. Won’t answer any emails from me.

Order body suites from Girluxe through Tik tok. It took a few a while for tracking information. I ordered Feb 10th and after waiting 3 wks when yhe item didnt arrive I Emailed Girluxe support in which. I was assured my order is being sent out. I never received updates. When my item finally showed delivered it was on another state so O emailed amd inquired. Its been over a month amd now they changed company name to Malla.

Made the original order on TikTok on January 26th. Was sent a tracking number that never had an update on. I emailed the company many times asking about the tracking and I would get a vague answer. After a few weeks I would send an email each week requesting my money back and to just cancel the order. Theres no concrete response, no phone number to contact them, no way to go on their website to cancel and get a refund. its been 2 months now and I received a gold back earring a month ago but no refund or item purchased. I threated them that they would be reported and they have responded.

I placed an order on January 10,2024 and it was for $49.96 with the Novixoffical shop when it came up on Tictok for some hoodies. It noever came sent multiple emails and would get a generic email back saying it can take 15 day for tracking info. The Tracking info was never given to me. Shopify stated they have no tracking info for this order. I am in the process of trying to get my money back from my back but they are giving me an issue too. I just want my money back and for no one else to get scammed by these thieves.

I was on stupid til Tok mistake number one purchased items through credit card. nothing came, then after multiple emails and research of address no business found. Fedex sent a notification I called Fedex and they wouldn't give me much detail due to confidentiality. then they said the address and name was completely different than mine, the Fedex photo of deliver was not my house at all I sent aura the photos and they stopped responding. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

I bought an item through the social media app called tiktok, for a low price of $1.95 and it includes free shipping. Nowhere on the site/page did it bring up anything about a subscription or ongoing payment collection to receive monthly renewals of the item (fragrance). I only noticed when i received an email with my order number. There’s no way to cancel or contact this company with the info given in the email confirmation! ??

I placed the order on Jan 8th, 2024, after seeing an Advertisement on TikTok. Their website indicates 5-12 business days for shipping. After a week I had no update and reached out to them via the email listed: [email protected], inquiring about the shipment because I had no update. They sent an automated response with a tracking number linked to 17track parcel service. It has remained in limbo on that site since then. It continues to say USPS awaiting package. I have reached out multiple more times about the shipment and asked for a refund, getting ZERO responses. They have no physical address or phone number to call. Monday Jan 29th will be 4 weeks and I have got nothing but money taken from me. I even stated in one email I was reporting them, and still no response, so I’m sure it is a scam to get money from ppl, they just create a fake tracking number to appear they are sending something.

Ordered pants online from an add on TikTok (I know buyer beware) pants arrived with zero return information even though that was listed when purchased. Any contact information on PayPal or TikTok is a dead end. Busy signals for phone no response from emails.

I ordered shapewear from tic-tok, there was an optional message to get the items within 3-5 business days, and I needed them within that week so I chose it. It didn't give me an order number only a confirmation #. I called and the recording says no agents are available to assist you, but to send an email and someone would reply. I have not heard from anyone and I've been calling the # and emailing and still no answer

It starts with an online video giving a generous discount code. Then you buy the product and never get it. I emailed to cancel and no response either. They lure you with a huge discount and just take your money.

I got an ad on Tiktok for some beanbag chairs from Heylaco. They were having a black friday deal so I went ahead and bought two of them. I ordered them a November 3rd. They stated on their website that orders would take 15 business days to process and ship, so I waited patiently. I reached out via email and never heard back. I also called the number located on their website and it stated that it was out of service.
