A Nordstrom Rack website popped up on my phone. I clicked on it, placed a large order but never received my items. I've tried contacting the company, and their name came up as "Falorena". Their responses are very vague, and they'll gaslight you! They claimed my package was delivered but cannot say by which carrier. My personal information, credit card, address, etc. was captured by these scammers.

The scammer had a Facebook ad which alleged it was Nordstrom Rack. I realized it was a scam upon looking at my email confirmation from the purchase. The link connected in the email takes me to a completely different website. I never received tracking info. I fear that it was counterfeit products being sold so I reported the company to PayPal. I was then contacted by the company itself prompting me to cancel the PayPal dispute and that they would refund me within 24 hours. Of course they failed to do such. The website itself is an actual clone of the official Nordstrom rack and it should be shut down so that no one else gets scammed again.
