If you go to the website I listed, it looks very valid and even has the lock symbol in the bar at the top. I ordered a Teak Isle Outdoor Nativity for $72.95. I used my bank debit card and the money was taken out of my account but I never did receive this item. I am very disappointed that someone can be so dishonest and have such a nice-looking website that is not valid.

I have been getting ads on social media and the internet for this company. They make custom steel signs with your name and different images. I wanted to purchase one so I started looking for reviews and people were commenting that they never received their product and that those that did received a very bad product. I used the Google Lens search function and found that this company has multiple webpages with similar names selling the same items.

It is all very sketchy. Why are more than one website domains needed for a company selling the same products? It feels like they are just taking money and at times sending product but sometimes they are not. I do not plan on buying anything because it seems like a scam to get your money. They do not even have a phone number listed on their webpage.

I found multiple sites with the same product, all similar web domains but all with different contact information and it never includes a telephone.

I’ve emailed this company to try to get a refund sent pictures and have been waiting for a response where to mail the product back to and can no longer send emails to the correspondence because it is undeliverable the product they sent me was not the product they show on their website and now I’m asking for a refund and no one is answering. The phone number is the answering machine that says they are unavailable and when you email for a refund they blocked the email so you no longer able to correspond with anyone.

The NORMEST store claims to be based in Chicago, Illinois. Their website advertises wallets for sale and says “hassle free returns”. I ordered a wallet as a gift. The wallet arrived two weeks later and is poor quality. The same day, I went to the website to start a return / refund process. The website says that a person must contact them through their electronic page to initiate a return. I have done this numerous times, repeatedly. They do not respond. They send the same automatic message back every time saying that staff will reply in 2 - 3 business days. Or a bot responds that staff will call in a few minutes. It is clear that this company is a scam - the wallet that I purchased is shoddy. The company has no intention of responding, taking a return or giving a refund. Do not buy from NORMEST.

I bought a pair of shoes when they came they looked like *******. I text them and told them I wanted my money back they have a 30 day money back offer they text me back and said they wont send me my money they sent me 6 dollars for some reason so I'm out 60 dollars and they wont return my text so if your on the internet and see this company name don't buy anything its all junk so beware there a scam company.

Flower delivery website. They take your money and no flowers are delivered. I have called multiple times and they have an excuse “driver accident” “delivery delay” etc. I put a hold on the charge, they are a complete scam.

unfortunately I didn't read the 75 bad reviews on Google before I purchased items from this business and for that lesson, I lost some money. But what they advertise is not what you get. The sizes are not US sizes, the materials and items are very poorly made and not what you expect from the picture. When you go to there website, there are no products other than food, so you cannot get back to the website after you have purchased. They took money out of my account twice instead of once, And there is no way to return or exchange any product, no phone number, no email.
