This company ships products from China. Product received was not what it was ordered. It is totally a scam! Their phone number in the US is a non operating number.

I ordered something from their website that ended up incorrect. When I requested a change to the order 15 minutes after the order was placed they said it was too late that the product had been shipped. When I tried to return the item they changed the requirements several times. After several attempts to get them to let me return the items they mentioned that they would just credit my account within the next 5-7 business days. I waited 5-7 business days but never saw a credit on my account. I went to reply to the same email we had been communicating on when it showed that my email could not be delivered. The website is still active. However, I believe I was blocked by the company.

My husband made an online purchase from Havelia to purchase DAFEILA™ INFRAPEACE -Red Light Therapy Ear Plugs. We were charged $45.98 for the product along with an additional $39.99 in error. We never received the product so I contacted Chase and they credited back our account the full amount and cancelled the cards. In the mail yesterday we received ear buds from Geathers Fottys at 3646 S Wolcott Avenue in Chicago which we didn't order. In looking at the package the mailing label was placed over another label from China. I looked up the company and it was listed as a scam. I am now nervous how they got his name and address and what we should do.

The tracking company is asking you to pay in order for you to track your package. They are now saying the package was delivered. I emailed them, because there is no phone number. They keep saying they will check into my package, though on there end it said it was delivered.

On their Facebook page they had an item listed for sale. I chose the buy one get one for free. It took a long time for it to ship. I contacted them about it and they provided a tracking number. I tracked it and it said it had been delivered. But i did not receive anything. I contacted them and they said it say it was delivered. I checked my cameras for the time and date and it did not show a delivery. I went back to the page and they have a address as Moor Building 35274 State ST Fremont. U.S.A. but the tracking says out of this country. I put in another complaint because they now have different information on it now.

I called on 1/29/24 at 9:42 AM CST. Assuming I was Calling WayFair I google the phone number from the website and got a number of 800-674-3212. Spoke to a gentleman with a foreign accent and the person didn’t announce the the WayFair company name. So I asked the gentleman to report who he was that’s when he said Wayfair and I responded to him that I’m calling in regards to returning an item I received on Friday 1-26-2024. And he asked for my order number and why am I returning the item. I explained to him that my item was delivered by FedEx and left on my front porch and it was soaking wet from the rain and it was partially open and the box was delivered damaged. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me to go to this email address GX.CARE.us and I received an alert that was a pop up and I asked him why am I receiving a CV pop up link and he stated this is how the return process works in order for me to get a return label. I got very hesitant and suspicious while on the call and he then provided me a code of code 334 3465 five and to enter it and once I did that I saw where he was trying to my laptop and I asked what is going on and then I received a second pop up asking me to enter my address, name, credit card number information and I immediately disconnected the called and blocked the website https/clumsybunch.buzz. Once I went into my settings of my laptop I noticed the download came from screenconnect.client.exe. I was able to remove it from my computer with my quick thinking skills. I was able to research Wayfair.com correct customer service number of 844-560-6941 and I spoke with a customer service representative by the name Donovan and I explained to him what had occurred and he took down the phone number and stated he would pass this on to upper management. I was able clear my browsing history and u did a complete virus scans of my computer and hopefully I was able to remove it. I will take my laptop to Bestbuy to physically have it checked. I did a second call back to this 800-674-3213 and got a Second Gentleman and he proceeded with the same scam situation and was very rude over the phone because I pretended to follow his instructions to gain access to my computer and he couldn’t and told me he was reporting my phone number to the Better Business Bureau because I was trying to scam them and playing games . I just want to pass this information along because this is horrible and scary that individuals are trying to represent a legitimate company and the scammers are trying to obtain customers credit card numbers and gain access to thier personal computers.

I seen an ad on Facebook for finiclone.com while I was looking for birthday gifts for my son. Pictures and deals seem good so I purchased several sweat fits top and bottom and payed an additional $20.00 for 2 day rush delivery. Waited a bout a week or so when I never received my package I emailed them asking about the issue and ask for a full refund then was told I will get it. As time went by never happened. So I wrote my cash app support for help in getting my refund amount of $72.75 submitted a dispute 2x but was denied because it said merchant fulfilled there delivery. I sent emails showing my purchase said waiting on delivery still and the emails showing Finiclone.com said I will get my refund and still was denied. So I Google them after having these problems and reviews said site was a scam so I did another dispute and was denied still with new info I provided. Finiclone.com comes up under a company Kentesh Ltd registration #12948235 company address: Unit 1l Felix Business & Distribution Park, Birrell Street, Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom, ST4 3NX

This company has defrauded many customers. Unfortunately, I fell for the initial hype on TikTok and ordered a few of their oils as they were on "sale." I ordered them long before Christmas and have yet to receive. My emails to them are returned with false assurances that I will "soon" receive them. I'm not as concerned with the money as I am that these people are blatant crooks. Please look into this. Thank you.

Redirected from Facebook to what looked like the carters site. Purchased clothing and was sent a confirmation email. Didn’t receive the clothing so I went to the email and searched the confirmation number on the real carters website. That number did not exist. Checked my credit card statement and saw that the merchant name was josephhegan.com. Went to the site, they sell pet merchandise. Realized I was scammed.

I told them I wanted to cancel my order and they refused saying once an order is shipped they cannot refund the money. I told them I was filing a complaint and have since discovered that this is a scam.

I ordered one item and went to my email to verify order. I was charged for 2 and also charged for 2 warranty’s. Called and they would not cancel my order. I immediately called my credit card company. Thankfully my account was credited the money I lost! This company wasted no time charging my account!
