I ordered one item and went to my email to verify order. I was charged for 2 and also charged for 2 warranty’s. Called and they would not cancel my order. I immediately called my credit card company. Thankfully my account was credited the money I lost! This company wasted no time charging my account!

Ordered water shoes, 11 Dec 12023, then Dec 25th, PaypPal issued payment. Phone number given leads to Medicare scam, then email leads to here, notices and warnings at BBB. David Korn, Lake Stevens WA. A nightmare scam.

Website appears to be a legitimate merchant at first glance. They charged me for product I ordered and I never received it. There is no customer service number and when emailed, there is no response. When I googled this merchant, there were many other complaints online about this scam. They need to be shut down.

Advertised for foam soccer ball and showed size larger than what was sent. On purchase had extra money charged but had method set up to get that refunded. When contacted insisted that correct item was sent and offered to refund $2. After repeated requests for a refund offered $3 stating that item must be returned to China warehouse.

Also claims on its website to be ScamPulse.com A+ rated

fraudulent website similar to andersonscandies.com (andersoncandies.com, missing the possessive "s") autopopulates in address field (also appears w/ an https:// website in web browser search results; directs user to a website that partially takes over browser/screen and flashes up a bunch of virus warnings and windows & buttons & fields to click/close and a Microsoft phone number to call (I force-ended the task w/o clicking anything in Microsoft Edge, but I can't really confirm whether that means no personal/device info was obtained)

I purchased the product on their website, paid with credit card, but never received the package. contacted their customer service, several times, each time they reply to contact the service provider, which I have, USPS, but the tracking number they gave is not recognized by USPS. Don't know what to do. Please put an alarm on this website.

I ordered a fishing reel from this site on August 5, 2023 (see attached receipt) and to date it has not been delivered. I also contacted my credit card company for a refund, This is the link to a site that supposedly was tracking my package: https://dvftrack.com/pid/974979

As of this date (12/9/2023), this item I ordered has not been delivered and all attempts at contacting the vendor have failed.

The company advertised on Facebook as a Macy's clearance store. However, they are scammers posing as a Macy's brand and online store. They advertise products as being 75% - 80% off. They look legitimate, but are scammers. I spent $49.98 on a piece of furniture that I never received. I attempted to track the product and couldn't. When I emailed the so-called customer service email address, I got no response. I shared it with my daughter, who found out that they are scammers by going to malwaretips.com.

I ordered a sea glass art piece. What I received was a piece of paper card stock, printed with some details and bits of plastic (not sea glass) glued to the paper card. Total ripoff!

I was on facebook marketplace looking for a chair for my new home, and found one i thought was perfect. I saw the macy's logo on the website and didnt think twice. I made a purchase on 11/14 and waited three days for shipping as the website states and sent an email asking for an update. I have yet to receive a reply. Then woke up on 11/21 to find someone attempted to use my debit card without permission for 625 dollars. My transactions were disabled so they didnt get the money, but im sure the site has stolen more from others.

I ordered little tikes dream story machine (4) and (5) little items to go with it. I have never received the product. They claim it was delivered and wanted me to ask my neighbors if they had seen the package. Once I told them I wanted my money back they said they would refund me 30% back and told me to check with the post office. I checked with the post office and the tracking number they gave me that they said it was delivered was invalid. I received two track numbers and neither were correct after they said it was delivered. I contacted my credit card company and will be disputing this charge. It was very sketchy after they said it was delivered.

Found the ad on facebook claiming to have a crazy sale for bath and body works candles. The website and reviews were made to look exactly like the ui for the real website. Upon purchase the payment confirmation email was not bath and body works, but instead Vanceones.

A Facebook ad popped up for what I thought was Balsam Hill Christmas trees. I now see why I got such a great deal. The website used a purposeful spelling "error" to their counterfeit site. Balsmhillforsale.shop -- omitting the letter "a" in balsam. On my bank statement the payment for $45.78 was sent to Cove Chicdress and the number 904-304-6245 is not a working number. Surprise. Please help me. It's the principle, not the $45 bucks.

I ordered a product that offered a money back guarantee. It took a month to get product. Meantime i found product for a fraction of the cost. I contacted them for refund & return address & they responded with it would cost too much to send back to China & offered a 20% refund. I told them I would be staying with the product that i ordered elsewhere much cheaper & wanted address to return. They havent answered back. Scammer
