Who: Evolved Chargers claims to sell phone and other technology accessories.

Canceling orders: Evolved Chargers is unaccessible by phone and will not respond to emails or chat by asking for orders to be canceled. This is illegal according to the FTC. Evolved Chargers neglected to cancel my order after 5 tried attempts within less than 12 hours of the original order date.

Refusal to accept returns: Evolved Chargers claims that they will accept returns up to 30 days but do not provide a return address nor a process for doing so. Likewise, none of their products are ever returnable under their policy because all items are always 'on sale' and their policy states "Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards." This policy is hidden and is not clearly shared at check out.

Wear Felicity posts constant ads on Instagram, I clicked on the link and ordered a bracelet. I was sent an email thanking me for my order and given a time frame of when item would be delivered. I still have not received my order. I am attaching copies of the emails.

This website is a complete scam. I purchased an item from the website and thought I could use it for console. I requested a refund and was told I would be able to get one since the code had not been used. I contacted them again and asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds. I contacted them again and they said I have to wait for someone higher up in discord to issue a refund. I went to check the website and I was banned from viewing anything.

I purchased a men's shirt from the scammer's website. I was charged right away, but have waited 6 weeks without a shipping notification or product in hand. I tried reaching out to the company 3-4 times via email but have not received a response, even after giving them a final 3 days to respond or I would report them.

I ordered Hoodies through these people for Christmas for my grandchildren. I got an email that said the order had been sent, I tracked the order and it said that it was outbound mail in the United States, I emailed them last night and they gave me a 17track.net website to track the information on, when I went on that website to track it, it said that it was delivered by USPS yesterday. I called the post office in my town and they said that they have not had any foreign packages come through them. I gave them the tracking number and they couldn't find it in their system, they told me to call UPS, FedEx, and DHL. When I called them and tried to track the package each and everyone of them said that they do not have that tracking number. I have since tried to get back a hold of someone from the company, but I am getting ignored now.

On 12/2 I sent an email again because I had no shipping confirmation or tracking number still. On 12/5 I received this response “ We were informed that your order is on its way to you

Because of the update of the query system is slow, we will inform you of the newest status for the first time. please wait for a few days”. I sent an email today, 12/14 because I still haven’t received tracking information on my order and it hasn’t arrived.

I ordered Christmas decorations in October 2023. The order was to ship in 1-3 weeks. I emailed the company stating I had not received my merchandise and they immediately said it will be shipped. According to the tracking number my order was delivered. I never received such order. I emailed the company, they suggested to check at my local post office. They were not able to locate the package either. They company offered yet again to ship my order, I would like a refund. They are only willing to give me a 70% refund since the packaged said it was delivered. I did receive an unknown package with toothbrushes and sunglasses. Perhaps this is what they sent, not sure. I ordered 2 6' gold Christmas lamp posts, garland and a Grinch in a sleigh. I reported to Waricy I was going to turn them in to the BBB. No reply. I want to spare other customers the headache of dealing with the company. This company is a fraud!

My online order never arrived. I received an order confirmation and tracking info. UPS tracking showed that the product shipped, but was promptly returned to sender. I tried contacting ShopWright several times, but there was never an answer at the phone (voicemail always full), and no one responded to my emails. It's possible the customer service is just awful, but there appears to be a legitimate business operating under the same name (The Frank Lloyd Wright Trust), so I'm skeptical.

When placing an online order, site was set up such that it did not have a check point prior to placing the order to review your order, then once I placed the order and received a receipt I notice that I orderd two of the same products when I only wanted one. I immediatley attempted to contact them and saw they had not phone number to call, their only means of contact was an Email address. When I contacted them they didnt immediately respond. Then hours later sent and email indicating that they could not reverse my order and took my money for two products when I only wnted one. The scam here is that they intentionally failed to have a customer service contact phone number to be able to call to address this immediately and consequently used the excuse that their "process" doesn not allow for transaction to be reversed because the orders are processed automatically. See their response and contact timing in the attached copy of the email exchange.
