I placed an order totaling 280.00. My order was placed in April 2024. I recieved multiple emails saying my merchandise was delievered when it had in fact not even been processed. I have documented emails and text messages from this company questioning me as if I never placed an order, when i provided an order number given at check out from the merchant's website. They agreed to refund my money which never happened. As of July 2024, I was scammed out of 280.00. The merchant will not return my email or calls reguarding this manner.
