Saw an ad on Facebook for a flash sale on family pajamas for Christmas for 3.99 or less from Old Navy. I placed my order for 10 pajama sets. My order was confirmed and then a few days later I received an email saying the order was shipped and gave me a tracking number. I have been tracking it since Oct. 26. I checked around Nov 17 and it was in Los Angeles. I checked today (12/02) and it said it was delivered 11/27 @ 12:43. I never received the items. My husband is not in good health and has been in and out of the hospital so this was such an easy way for me to get all my kids and grandkids their Christmas pajamas that I get them every year. The sale also included some free things. I don't recall exactly what the free things were and didn't even add any of the items to my purchase because I was just happy with the pajamas. I did notice on the last email from the company there were 5 free things added on. I just hate that this was not what I thought and that I got scammed! It isn't even so much about the money because it wasn't that much, it is just the fact that I now have to go get the items I purchased. And also the fact that now I have to worry about the information I gave them with my debit card!

I searched online for a VIN report (for a motorcycle my brother in law died while riding), and used a free offer, but the report was blank after paying a one-time fee of $1. Unbeknownst to me, a subscription was started, which I disputed with my bank and PayPal. The company still refuses to give me a refund, directing me to my bank, knowing they cannot give me one because a third party was used (PayPal). This company also assures PayPal that I signed up for a $1 trial which is false. I purchased a one-time $1.00 report. They are not just scamming their customers, but are using the banks in their ploy.

Website claims that a customer can try the service without a credit card but will not allow you to do so without paying. This is misleading and false.

Ordered an item and it didnt show up and the live chat ends before anyone responds

- Shawnee, OK, USA • Nov 21, 2024

The website is a scam website that says it will sell you a makeup for only 9.99 but then they bill you for two of them for over 20 dollar and they add another charge after for 7.98 for nothing.

Then they randomly bill you 29.99 weeks later claiming that you are signed up for a membership with them.

The website never has you confirm a purchase or anything. Once you enter the card info agreeing to pay 9.99 it just sends you a receipt saying 23 and a 7.98 upgrade charge.

My wife paid for pajamas she found on TikTok for $24 and we never received any product. There was a confirmation email, but no tracking information. Tried to call the company and the number is disconnected.

I was contacted by this company as a lower cost option to an online health company I was already using to order semaglitude. They reached out to me and seemed like a legitimate startup from their website. I signed on with them and gave them my credit card information, etc. to order the product. I even had a phone call with a “doctor” to discuss and confirm my treatment plan. I have noticed over the last few weeks that the medication they sent me isn’t as effective as the medication I was on before. And then my credit card was declined to re-up my subscription and all of the information about the company is gone (website, payment portal, etc.). So, my assessment of the situation is that this was a scam and they sent me fake medication and took my money.

I requested my own property records from what I thought was Fairfax County. I was told I would be charged $1. Instead I have been charged $30/month which has now totalled $120 and I don't know how to stop the charges. I tried logging into the website, but I never set up an account so I do not have a username or password to access any contact information.

I bought some keto gummies bears in March of ‘23, which I thought was paid for already and I didn’t sign up for any subscriptions. So now these people are calling me for payment if the gummie bears, a year ago, really! Different callers are trying to scare me, saying they will ruin my credit if I don’t pay that same day. Then one person told me that if I paid the amount of $119, they would send me a receipt saying paid in full. But all I the same breath (there was 5 small jars of gummies bears) he said that I still had a balance sd gave me dollar amounts for each jar. That’s when I figured this was a scam, and they’re still calling me to settle this so called balance. Now thinking that this would be settled, I went ahead and paid the price he gave of $119. But they are harrassing me and giving me anxiety. If you vou could help me, I would be so grateful. I am 70 years old and a breast cancer survivor and don’t need this kind of harrassment.

I signed up for a free trial of 7 days with this fitness online FITNEY. If you cancel before the 7 days are up then you should not be charged. I canceled on day 2 of the trial period because it was not what i expected. The company STILL debited my account for the 49.99. I have tried to email them and they have me blocked now. There is no phone number available.

This message documents that the Better Business Bureau as well as the financial institution of the buyer has been alerted to the fraud committed by ([email protected], ? ?? , [email protected]) for stealing money through PayPal from the buyer to create a fake order delivered to a fake address rather than ensuring delivery to the buyer's address on file with PayPal and the item supposedly retrieved by a person other than the buyer.
