I received an email from a professional organization that I am a part of, offering a piano to a good home. The woman, Donna Bass, got me in touch with Cleveland Jones who was supposedly the mover of the piano. He happily accepted my $556 to move the piano to my home. However, after accepting the payment there was a "snag" and he needed an additional $1300 to insure the piano. This raised the red flag to me and I called their bluff. Donna and Cleveland are now trying to bully me into giving them more money to move the piano. Here is the contact information they used:

I saw an ad on Facebook for some hoodie blankets at a really great price thought I would try them out. After paying for items I never recieved any type of receipt or shipping information from the seller/scammer. I only received the payment receipt from PayPal as they processed the payment. After a month of no word from seller/scammer and no delivery I decided to look up the company and that’s when I found out it was a scam and the websites stating that it is a scam said to contact our bank to report and get our money back. I tried but my bank told me that since I couldn’t reach the seller or have a receipt that I couldn’t get my money back even thought I provided the PayPal receipt and the websites stating that it was a scam! It wasn’t enough for them.

Said they would fix the bead around tire came back said tire was bad. Then when I said no they put sealer on outside of tire to make it look like they did the repair. I checked tire for leaks before I came there

I’m disputing a few transactions that were sent to whom I thought was a reliable distributor company to create appears for my teenage son’s business. They have good reviews which now i realize I’d probably paid promotion. I sent them over $1400 total. I reached out to this company on September 26,2024 and gave them my son’s design and sent all shipping information. I originally sent $699 for 25 custom hoodies and then another $325 for custom hats . After a little back and fourth about seeing my product because there was an error he stated that i needed to send him another $396 for shipping before he fixed it I told him I wasn’t sending anymore money until he fixed it. He showed me it was fixed I sent him the remainder $396 that he claimed I needed for shipping. I have been contacting them and they have been reading my message and not responding.it wasn’t until yesterday that I reached out to the what’s app number that he wrote me back. I have all messages to prove it. Once he responded he stated on October 26,2024 that I was to be patient and that he would send out my tracking information on November 11th, which he didn’t do. I waited until November 18th to start contacting them consecutively and he was busting reading my messages with no response and now I told him I’m not sending him anymore money and that he’s scamming me and let him know I would be contacting the better business bureau to let them know his business was a scammed he read the message and did not respond again. I am highly upset because my son wanted to start a legitimate business to create generational wealth and this is my first experience.

They were advertising Judy Blue Jeans for a cheap price. I ordered 3 pair 09/01/2024. Tracking my package from China to the Los Angeles ports. Then it said it was delivered on 10/02/2024, but it never was. When I emailed their Customer Service, I informed them I never received the package. I asked who was the delivering company they used. They could never tell me. I have emails of them stating a refund or redeliver of my package within 15-25 days . Still no package. So they were going to apply the funds to the card I used. Still hasn't happened. I reached out to customer service now the payment processor is experiencing delays.

I was searching for a textbook download online. I came across the Controses website. Their site offered a downloadable PDF for 19.99. I processed the payment with my credit card. After processing payment, the automated confirmation email seemed suspicious, so I went back to the site to take a closer look. After review, I found that the site and payment address for the company were different, when I looked them up on google maps, neither address was valid. Also, when I looked through their catalog of products, there were thousands of pages that were duplicates of the first page. I believe this scam is attempting to get "customers" to click links that could cause damage or steal data. I received the email with the link, but I did not click the link. Instead I replied by email asking for a refund. They replied later that their policy did not allow refunds for downloads. However, I never accessed the link. I have reported this transaction to my credit card company, and will be fighting to get my 19.99 back.

This company did a very good job at acting like they were a legitimate cannabis delivery company in the DC area. To trustingly, I gave them my Apple Cash payment and did not receive the service whatsoever and only received crazy messages from them and demanding $300 basically to secure the delivery of the product which was never delivered. They would say that the payment did not work and that I needed to do it again to make me give them more money basically. Do not trust this service.!!!

I am a social media user who frequently uses SocialPlug to purchase likes and views. However, my recent experiences with their services have been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Lately, every time I purchase views, they either delay rendering the services or fail to deliver the full amount I paid for. For example, if I pay for 50 views, they often provide only a fraction, such as 5 views, and I have to argue with them repeatedly to get what I paid for.

A few days ago, I made a payment of $17 for 50 views over a 5-hour period. However, I only received 5 views during that time. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, SocialPlug refused to acknowledge the problem. They insisted the full views were delivered, even though I clearly did not receive them.

This issue disrupted my live session, forcing me to end it an hour early due to the lack of engagement. Their refusal to refund my money or provide the service I paid for is unacceptable. Their actions have wasted my time, money, and effort.

At this point, I feel I have no choice but to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. SocialPlug is failing to deliver on their promises, taking money without providing the agreed services, and refusing to address legitimate customer concerns. I urge others to think twice before using their services.

Saw an ad on Facebook for a flash sale on family pajamas for Christmas for 3.99 or less from Old Navy. I placed my order for 10 pajama sets. My order was confirmed and then a few days later I received an email saying the order was shipped and gave me a tracking number. I have been tracking it since Oct. 26. I checked around Nov 17 and it was in Los Angeles. I checked today (12/02) and it said it was delivered 11/27 @ 12:43. I never received the items. My husband is not in good health and has been in and out of the hospital so this was such an easy way for me to get all my kids and grandkids their Christmas pajamas that I get them every year. The sale also included some free things. I don't recall exactly what the free things were and didn't even add any of the items to my purchase because I was just happy with the pajamas. I did notice on the last email from the company there were 5 free things added on. I just hate that this was not what I thought and that I got scammed! It isn't even so much about the money because it wasn't that much, it is just the fact that I now have to go get the items I purchased. And also the fact that now I have to worry about the information I gave them with my debit card!

I searched online for a VIN report (for a motorcycle my brother in law died while riding), and used a free offer, but the report was blank after paying a one-time fee of $1. Unbeknownst to me, a subscription was started, which I disputed with my bank and PayPal. The company still refuses to give me a refund, directing me to my bank, knowing they cannot give me one because a third party was used (PayPal). This company also assures PayPal that I signed up for a $1 trial which is false. I purchased a one-time $1.00 report. They are not just scamming their customers, but are using the banks in their ploy.

Website claims that a customer can try the service without a credit card but will not allow you to do so without paying. This is misleading and false.

The website is a scam website that says it will sell you a makeup for only 9.99 but then they bill you for two of them for over 20 dollar and they add another charge after for 7.98 for nothing.

Then they randomly bill you 29.99 weeks later claiming that you are signed up for a membership with them.

The website never has you confirm a purchase or anything. Once you enter the card info agreeing to pay 9.99 it just sends you a receipt saying 23 and a 7.98 upgrade charge.
