I was trying to order food on the businesses website and all it said was “create your account now”. So I clicked to create my account on this restaurant’s page. A minute later this website pops up and you can only scroll through useless fitness information that a 5th grader knows “eat fruits and vegetables” there is no way to cancel your account, there is no login information so once you “log out “ you can’t log back in. Their email and support chat is bogus. They have no phone number listed on their site. You can’t even get in contact with them. They charged me 34.79 immediately and after investigating I found that that is a monthly charge. you can’t cancel because there’s no actual support. I had to report my card number as stolen and I have to file a dispute on the next business day

I was contacted by Beyond Fitness regarding a fitness membership. On July 21, 2025, I paid a $200 deposit that was stated to be refundable, but it was never returned. On August 5, 2025, I was charged a $500 membership fee on my Citibank card, and I also sent $1,500 via Venmo. These payments (totaling $2,200) were obtained under direct pressure and threats that my personal and professional reputation would be harmed if I did not comply.

The services promised in the contract were not delivered. Instead, the business relied on coercion and intimidation to secure payments. When I requested refunds, they refused.

I have since filed reports with the FBI IC3 and state authorities. Venmo has refunded $1,500, and I am disputing the remaining $700 with Citibank.

This complaint is to warn others that Beyond Fitness uses false promises, coercion, and threats to take money from clients.

Msg thru messenger advised it cost $130 for the complete set (Zelle (302) 525-1938 Elaine M Sloan)

$65 down $65 upon delivery

Zelled the $65 w proof payment ...company confirmed payment was sent

The company then stated it will cost $65 or $100 more to be sent to a different Zelle # (Zelle #419-535-2588 Stephen Ward Mcfadden) for shipping which wasnt disclosed before I sent the $65 payment

Company is still actively scamming others

I requested a refund several times because I was uncomfortable sending more $ to a different person then I was blocked.

This company preys on veterans. They claim to help them by providing ‘nexus letters’ which are letters that are understood to be written and provided by medical professionals, such as doctors or nurse practitioners or physicians assistants. When the nexus letters are provided they are written in the first person as though the person who purchased them had wrote them. If written by a lay person, this type of letter has little to no probative value in the eyes of the VA, and will not hold up if a medical professional with the VA disagrees with it. vetclaims.ai should not claim or advertise that they provide ‘nexus letters’ because they are not ‘nexus letters’ and by saying that, they are not being truthful at all and scamming veterans out of their money.

Heard about the product through my doctor so I visited the website and ordered 2 bottles of blood enhancements.

They withdrew money from my credit card on day of ordering it and said shipping would be 3 to 5 days with DHL.

They have not sent me any tracking info but when calling the customer support they said was shipped on 7-19-2025

and delivered on 7-24-2025 but I did not receive any package. The customer support person said they were emailing me the tracking info but have not received any email.

Ordered products from the website. These were knit items like a pull over sweater and button up sweaters. When the product arrived they were screen printed in the knit pattern on a cheap sweatshirt. I contacted the business for a refund and they told me i had to pay to return the items, but they could not have been opened and still in the original shipping packaging. Once they recieved the items they would access the items and send a refund if they deemed the item was adequate.

They also offered to send a 15% refund to not have to deal with returning anything. Which is basically hush money to sweep the issue under the rug.

This company isnt selling what they are marketing.

I purchased it off of TikTok shop. It’s a fake Judy Bloom in the item was advertises tummy control and cuff jeans and I got some cheap jeans that were very poor quality and not as described. There is also no tummy panel or any tummy support. They refuse to accept a full return, including shipping and say they may give me a refund except for shipping without promising. The only thing they promised was to take $20 off why would I keep these jeans if they look terrible. It’s almost $47 pair of jeans.

I ordered 2 pieces of luggage from nobl on June 23, 2025. I received only one on July 3rd. I have contacted them a dozen or more times since then about this issue. Their customer service is just an automated bot response telling me the order is fulfilled. I keep checking with the shipping & delivery companies (SHOP & UPS) but both show they have not received it yet. I have requested a return label for the one piece that I did get and a refund but they have not done that either. I put it on dispute with my credit card company.

Nor will they give out a direct phone number. Just more run around.
