Went on this website to buy the companies product. They had the sight set up with a lot of detail. Displays of products, categories, filters, policies, shipping information, refund information, everything that one would see on a normal selling website. All button functions were good and it stated that no charge would be made to your credit card until the items were shipped. However, this was not the case, as soon as I placed the order my credit card was charged, however I did have a pending order number in my account. This immediate charge had me nervous. So I then went to the contact area and noticed that there was no contact number listed but to contact via email. I left an email and waited 2 days, no communication occurred. Went to check daily and my order is still pending, left another email, nothing. On the 3 day my visa was used in the amount of 652.53 at a store I do not use. I called the credit card company and there is a fraudulent case open on this company and the charged that occurred on my card for the 652.53. My card is reported stolen and closed right after this charge and they are now including this website and the charge by this company as a scam and the website as a scam.

I called about a product to get more information. I then purchased snow blower from their website. After multiple follow up calls as I didn’t receive tracking or information on the sale i became worried. Kept calling and said they would call me back. Now no one picks up and no products were ever coming. Completely scammed.

I thought I was actually on The Bay website buying Mugs on sale. However, after I made the payment the customer service email was weird along with payment made by Moonbapay. I had never heard of that. They also billed me 75.14 but my credit card had $86 missing from it.

I bought a pair of shoes in October 2023. It's January 2024 and I;ve never recieved them. They tell me they were delivered but they can;t give me any information about the delivery. They tell me to contact LSP who delivered them. I can' t find any information of a delivery company named LSP. They just tell me it;s a delivery service. I've contacted them several times and they give me no helpful information.

I ordered a winter jacket on Nov 12/2023. It said it would take 8-12 days to ship. I inquired on Nov 22 where the jacket was. I received an email from Cecilia Johnson saying that my jacket had shipped from Paris and it’s on its way. She sent me a link that I could track my jacket in real time from “ Europe Express” it did say it was shipped and had went through customs in New York and made its way to Canada. This was Dec 12/2023. I have not seen anything since, nor can I access the website to track. It says “server not found “. I do have a copy of my order number and the tracking number she gave me. I have emailed several times since Dec 12 and I have heard nothing back. There is not a phone number to contact. I will be calling **** to report as well.

They promised an easy return with a full refund. They will not give address for return or even ok a return even with shoes still in original packaging. False advertising! Cheap product. Did not identify themselves as being in China. Only found that out through my credit card company.

I was contacted to do a free 5 minute podcast about my business. After this, I was told there was “a lot of activity during the five minutes” and would I like to buy 10 podcasts for $5,000. I settled for five 30 min podcasts at $2,000. The first podcast took place. I received a call afterward from Ashley, she asked for feedback, I gave my honest answer, and then the following happened, summarized in the email below.

Today, I returned a call to Ashley (she left a message for me yesterday), and during our conversation, she said hang on - my phone isn't working - and did not come back to the conversation. So I hung up.

I called 631-203-4488 to reconnect, and the receptionist answered, and then the connection ended.

I called again, and the receptionist answered - "Don't you have anything better to do than to ring this number?" And she hung up.

Feeling really confused, I called again, and the receptionist answered - Hello? Hello? as if she couldn't hear me and hung up.

This kind of customer service is troubling to me.

I invested $2,000. Can you help me understand what's happening?

I will appreciate your reply and guidance in resolving this matter.

I was contacted by Abdul Rehman from Well Apparel Industry, and we were in communication through Instagram and email in regards to this company making me sample sweatsuits for my clothing brand. We discussed details on the clothes, and signed a contract on the time frame the clothes would be complete and shipped out after making the payment of $140 for three suits. I sent my payment to Abdul via western union November 9th, and was told after recieving the payment, It will take 7 days to make and 4-6 days to be shipped. After my payment was made, this company stopped communicating with me, and ignored my multiple attempts at receiving my merchandise, and was not receiving any response. After a month of attempting to find out what was going on with my order, I was told my order was going to be shipped out on December 15th, a month after I was supposed to recieve my Items. My clothing Brand is ran by me and my teenage daughter with no outside funding, and she is devastated that our attempt for getting her designs made has turned into a scam. Abdul last contacted me with a tracking number but no proof of merchandise, and the tracking number has not been updated since December 15 when he gave me the number. I feel as though I have been scammed and even when I told him before they were shipped that I want a refund for my order that it is taking too long I was refused my money back. They have not responded to multiple attempts at communication and blocked my from their Facebook page when I tried to leave a review. I have not received my products or a refund after months, and I am left feeling scammed and very frustrated.

This company is located in Sialkot, Pakistan.

I also ordered these Hoka shoes from what I thought was a legitimate site on Facebook. They sent me an email about the order. Unfortunately I deleted this email and I ordered them on December 19, 2023, and they have not been delivered. I keep getting "scam" mail about my package being stuck in USPS, or UPS system for lack of postage for which I have not responded to this email.

I attempted to purchase item May 2022 and still haven't received the item. The only way to contact them is via e-mail. I've sent multiple e-mails and still no item or refund. All they sent was 2 restocked email and an apology they were going to escalate this up to a manager. Then no follow-up emails or PRODUCT.

I Saw pants wanted to order for the holidays. Paid for it with my debit card. They took it out. I received a receipt by email. When it took a while and I went to email or try to find a tracking number or find the number, they did not exist.

I booked with her, NaughtyLocs, due to an injury. I paid her deposit, i got a confirmation email with address and time etc. It was hard to find her the entry to the building. I waited in the lobby for well over 2.5 hours with little to no communication. once i was fed up with how long i sat there with no response, she texted me saying we could do the following 2 days of my booked time, i said i had to have that day or the next morning because of an event i had. i requested my deposit back and no response since. this was on nov 3rd 2023. soon after (same day of 11/3) i went on social media and did some digging, she does this in the DMV and ATL area.

Ordered online, got a confirmation they received and then when they shipped it. They kept sending tracking information because I kept enquiring where it was. I finally got suspicious for the item supposedly was sitting in Orlando then for 10 days saying waiting for USPS to get. They kept sending me the same emails saying the same thing and not answering my questions. It was ordered on Dec 6 th and today is Jan 5th. My money has been taken out of my account and I have not received my package.

I ordered the smallest amount possible, which is ONE pack of patches. Immediately was taken to the checkout page where they don’t allow you to see what your order includes. After you punch in your payment info, your order is processed. It immediately felt very wrong so I went to my banking app to make sure I was only charged the $20ish of product and shipping and noticed TWO separate charges! Both totalled approx $80!! And you can not contact them. They use an automatic response claiming their apologies for the inconvenience and they’d like to help but they never do! You are talking to a computer. Awful how Facebook and Instagram still promote this scam company!!!

I ordered a sweater 12/3. They assured me it would be delivered prior to Christmas through many emails. I keep checking the “tracking” info with the order and instead of reducing the no if days it adds days to deliver. It’s Han 4 and now it says it will take 18 days to deliver. I think these guys are scammers

Scammer was purporting to give away blackface Dual Showman. Then struck a deal for $300 if I sent him the cost of shipping. He wanted the cost of shipping broken up into two payments and said I could pay the $300 when I received it. As soon as he got the shipping fee he demanded the $300 in 4 small payments immediately so that paypal would not hold the payments.

The facebook page was a fake. The only thing real was the paypal account. Though I made the payment for "goods and services" I may have a very hard time collecting from the paypal dispute because they do not hold the money when the amount is < 100. So he was trying to get the cash and run. Immediately the facebook page disappeared and he blocked me on facebook. It appears the facebook page was his and it all was fake.

I ordered two tool boxes and niether one of them came through requested my money back and never received a refund I keep telling them to give me my product or a refund and just keep getting run around
