Simple - the company advertised pickleball gear on their website for sale. I purchased a Selkirk backpack for $130.00, which they immediately charged me for and said shipping would be 5-7 business days. When the item didn't arrive a month later, I followed up with emails and got no response. When I began calling the one and only phone number on the website, nobody ever answered. When I finally left a voice mail for someone to call me back, even then I go zero response. No item ever arrived and no response to emails or voice mails ever occurred.

The streaming site has been down for about a year or more. The founders of the site are aware that the site is down and are still charging the consumers each month for no service. Please assist as Bk Brasco is robbing me and many others per the social media comments!

Will lie and say she’s going send you your money back but doesn’t at all then she’ll play like she going Zelle you your money back but doesn’t . Then she act like she on the phone with the bank and that’s she has to go to the bank to talk

To them but then dodge you

Humanitariy.com advertises incredible deals on everyday products. However, when you purchase online and give payment, the product is never received. The company provides a fake tracking number through a fake delivery company. BUYER BEWARE, you DO NOT want to purchase from this website or this fake Chinese company.

I had ordered clothing from a company called J C Penny in January. Been trying to get a refund since I didn’t receive my clothing. They give a email to contact them which is [email protected].

This was an offer for eyebrow makeup. I wanted to buy it just once. They charged me $18 and I found out the product is coming from China. They said they have

a distribution center in NY. But my order showed it was coming from China. Two months and no receipt. I asked for a refund and they said I clicked on membership and I did not. They have closed the "membership" but offering only half of it returned and no money back on item I never received.

This is a very shady business and I am sorry I ever clicked on it. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I ordered stuff through them off of TikTok. I have screenshots if you need them. I placed an order it was supposed to be here by February 4. It never showed up. I contacted the company. They said to give them another 7 to 15 business days. I have all the emails from them to prove it. The package didn’t come again, so I requested a refund now they’re saying that it’s 30 more days for the refund so this is a total of almost 90 days since I placed my order by the time they’re saying that my refund will be here. I told him that I was gonna report them to the Federal commission the news the Attorney General’s office and whoever I need to in order to get my money back they keep emailing me the same email over and over again every time I complain to them about them, not sending my product or my money back. I told them that I know they are scammers, but they are denying it. They scammed me out of my money now what am I supposed to do to get it back?

Order# **************** was placed on the Walmart.com website for the Walmart store in Woodward, OK. I asked the website to ship the items to my home. Walmart advertises "Walmart Plus," which provides HOME DELIVERY by a Walmart associate. I already paid for Walmart Plus in the past and the website said Walmart did not deliver in my area. I no longer have Walmart Plus and should never expect a Walmart associate in my driveway. On Sunday, March 2, 2025, I noticed that it was raining and that a burgundy SUV had pulled into my drive. I thought the vehicle belonged to a local resident. I was wearing slippers. I waved at the SUV and went and put on old plastic shoes to see what the person wanted. I returned less than a minute later, and the SUV was gone. I opened the door. There was no message left or anything. Then, the Walmart website showed a photo of someone wearing a black coat holding a package next to my door and stating that pecans and corn chips were delivered that day. They were not delivered. The uninvited Walmart associate delivery driver did not leave the package. He or she obviously drove off with it. I have no vehicle and am 100 percent disabled. Walmart's website does not make requesting or obtaining a refund possible. I reported this to Walmart's ethics department. I still have not heard that Walmart has refunded my money. Walmart's "Walmart Plus" is nothing more than a scam. Walmart delivery drivers are theives. I cannot afford to purchase food for Walmart delivery drivers. I want my money back.

They asked for all personal information to use it online. They lie and say its a free iq test only to get information

- Parkesburg, PA, USA • Mar 25, 2025

Seller directed me to message on discord as easier means to communicate, we spoke about the deal then I was directed to said website (https://accgame1.com/store/miranda/) to purchase the two phone game accounts that’s were being sold. I was directed to get Steam gift cards 70$ worth then to proceed with the order, upon doing so never received a confirmation email then was told that it needed to be EU currency & not USD then tells me that the money will be refunded but now I need to send it in the EU to get what I was expecting to receive from the website which they sell on.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have remained completely unresponsive. The only response I received was a single email from the founder, Cyriac Lefort, using his personal email. However, after that initial reply, I have not heard from him or the company again. I submitted my request for cancellation and refund within 24 hours of realizing their services did not meet my requirements and due to the blatant bait-and-switch tactics they employed.

They advertise a monthly payment plan, but when you proceed to checkout, they charge for an entire year upfront—an obvious deceptive practice. The product itself is non-functional, and their Google reviews appear to be fabricated. Several complaints on the ScamPulse.com website also mention that the company’s Google reviews are misleading and do not reflect actual customer experiences. Numerous others have reported similar fraudulent experiences.

I have been working with my bank to dispute their charges and reclaim my funds, but the process has been difficult due to the company's unwillingness to cooperate. Their deceptive business practices and refusal to issue refunds, even in cases of overcharging and misleading advertising, make it clear that this company should be shut down to protect consumers from further exploitation.

I attempted to make a $39.99 purchase from Valiant Integrated Services. After entering my debit card information, I was never taken to a screen to show an actual total, rather to a screen stating my card was not authorized, but THEY WOULD KEEP TRYING TO CHARGE MY CARD AND NOTIFY ME WHEN THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL. They attempted to charge $239.99, and when I contacted them they could not give a very good explanation for the extra $200, other than I was purchasing a "bundle". I was purchasing 4 for $39.99. The breakdown of the "bundle" the Valiant Account Supervisor provided did not make mathematical, nor logical, sense. My bank contacted me immediately, and this is being handled as fraud.

HealthGenom.com is a complete scam. They purport to give you an plan related to hormonal changes. Only after you pay can you see the actual plan and it's a complete scam. It's a simple meal plan and they try to upsell you on all the information you might actually need to use it (like calorie counts and any other helpful information). The advertising is false and misleading. And, they make you go through 60 steps to cancel and refuse to provide a refund even if you didn't actually use the crappy product.

Bought one item, continued to charge $29.99 for three consecutive months.

- Falls Church, VA, USA • Mar 15, 2025

The scammer posted on Facebook an advertisement that they have an abundant surplus inventory of Hewlett Packard laptops that they are giving away for $10 plus shipping and handling to anybody who wants one. Anyone who is interested in the deal should click on the hyperlink that they provided....complete the billing information....and they will mail the laptop.

I fell for the scam. I clicked on the hyperlink and provided them my Visa credit card billing information approving of my purchase. My credit card was then immediately charged for $10 plus $2.65 shipping/handling for a total of $12.65. I then waited for delivery of my Hewlett Packard laptop. It never came. About five days later, my credit card was charged again another $75.85 for which i did not authorized. I called the vendor and talked/complained to them about it.....but I got the run-around, denial, lies, more sales-pitch, and hostility.

They told me and tried to assure/convince/persuade me they would email be coupons and rebates on some stupid crap if i would agree to pay half of the $75.85. I replied and told them: "NO.....I will not pay a penny more....this is fraud and a scam.......you guys are scamming people....your company is a fraud..... and I will report you and your company to the Better Business Bureau......I will also report you and your company to my bank for fraud, internet fishing, and scamming consumers".

I also contacted Bank of America and reported the fraud and scam to their fraud department. Bank of America immediately closed my existing credit card account and is re-issuing me a new card to prevent this scam/fraudulent company from charging to my account again.

I am reporting my ordeal to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) so they can be aware of this fraudulent/scam company. I am hoping the ScamPulse.com can do something about this to prevent the next innocent victims from being a victim of the scam. This scam/fraudulent company operates under the alias/name: GADGETGRILLX PERTCOOKTR. Their "Merchant Description" is MISC HOME FURNISHINGS SPECIALTY STORE. They operate out of Nevada.

I purchased credit to play slot machines on a website called vegas x. Org and independent rep for company Michelle ******* said that if I purchased credits to play the games that if I won I would be paid out instantly. So I did win $70.00?and the rep and I had a disagreement reguarding how much credit I needed in order to cash out, anyhow on the game it said $70 but she said she wouldn’t cash me out until I got it to $80.00 and so I did, then I was told because of being a complainer and telling the distributor about the incident she would not pay me out. I told her that wasn’t fair and my deposit was taken and I won and want my pay out and she said she was banning me and not paying out my win. This is highly unethical and stealing from me and not honoring my win and that’s the whole reason why I play is for a chance to win.
