Try in home 14 days after receiving. Received something made out of flimsy material like cardboard. No arch support. Not suede. Shipped in plastic bag. Mashed beyond use. Tracking start in Italy. Then changed to USA. Took a month to receive.

The sent pic of a swing chair that was being sold Thru Walmart for 49.99 n stated in that ad that u get better discount if 2 chairs are purchased for price of 89.89, free shipping they sent so called shipping info but b4 I completed my order I took screenshot of product n shipping info and the weight of the packages to be shipped they sent continuous emails about how package was being tracked Wen I received this product it was folded in my mailbox with ther tracking info but the product was a same kids size swing chair made of cloth no where near wat the ads. Posted I hav sent numerous emails to [email protected] no response this is the only means of contact no numbers, no chats nothing, How could you think that a package ?? that was to wgt 638 odd is the same a this 2 lb item I received in the mailbox ?? it was Ther intention never to send the rite product in the first place with such guarantee of acute shipment but no way to contact them or shipper but by Email n Still get no Response or Anyone to actually contact or speak with about dispute issues n never get an appropriate response Everything in the ad looked appropriate but not the end product it is impossible to mix an order for a 638lb shipment for a 2 lb shipment , I did find more info about ther location but I couldn’t go bac n edit I Found Company name LandBaseTrading 146aWhitChurch Road, Cardiff Whales CF143NA Thank You

Was on Facebook April 11th and saw an ad for a Bose stereo system that was a clearance item. Thought I would order it since it was such a great deal. Well, I guess the deal was too good to be true. On April 24, I received a homemade CD-R disc with a return address of: James, 5037 District Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058. That's when I realized it was a scam. Keeping a lookout for other changes against my credit card. So far, there haven't been any.

I ordered as listed “Coleman and Boss Life Delivery Propane Fuel Tank - 24 Cans 2 - 12 Packs” I paid $111.81. I was only shipped 12 cans and after the fact they told me they could not refund half my money, nor could they send me another 12 pack of cans. I emailed them for over a month.

Dresses offered from Knowmecuer.com on Facebook marketplace. Paid for and given tracking number. Tracking goes well at first and then stops. Los Angeles CA Network Distribution Center is delivery company. Contact information is not false.

Instagram add for skin care products. Then Locks you into a monthly subscription, and when you try to cancel they say the trial period just ended and your credit card will be charged.

There was no info given online or with the products to help in cancelling or returning.

Saw an ad for a 7' prelit Christmas tree on clearance for 49.99. I ordered it on Feb 27, 2023. At the end of March I had not received the tree so I contacted the company. They told me that the item would be shipped immediately. They provided me tracking info and the package was (supposedly) delivered on April 18 to somewhere in Ohio - I live in Utah. I contacted the company again, but have had no response.

Yes, this site appeared automatically under the pretense of being the payment window for another app. I entered my credit card information with the intent of paying for the requested service and then realized that I had been tricked into giving my information to scammer.

Order A Bose Wave Music Systems SKU: C5NS10000006 received a pair of sunglasses and was told that they were the same value as the stereo so they would not refund my money or give me a return label. they said it i didn't want the sunglasses I could sell them to get my money back. They are cheap sunglasses would not be able to get $5.00 for them.thy would offer a 20% refund and i keep the item. I told them I just wanted a refund if they could not send me what I order.

They said it would cost too much in duty and custom fees as it would have to be returned oversea. even though there website says hassle free returns

I received a phone call and they had my information so I thought it was really connected to my student loan company. Then they began messaging and calling me daily about giving them payments and my student loans also contacted me and said they had never heard of them or asked anyone to contact me. They told me they were going to take money and I told them not to but they did anyway and after I called 3 different numbers I had for different people for them someone called me back and said they couldn't refund me any money even thought I had not authorized the payment for that date. I called and cancelled my debit card that afternoon and haven't heard from anybody from that company anymore even though they told me they were going to send me verification of the amount they had taken and what they had done for me. The numbers they texted me from no longer seem to be working either. I usually don't get scammed so easily and feel really stupid I let this happen to myself at a cost of almost $300, but I'm thankful it was only that much and not more I guess

I received an email from Ace hardware saying you won.All it said was to pay shipping costs and it would arrive in 3-5 days.I payed the fee and of course got nirhing I emailed them asking why, and they sent me a number to call When I called she starts in on how I have to sign up for something I did'nt even understand and they would bill my credit card $34.99 every month to pay for the heater! They daid I WON the heater! Nowhere in the email did it say I would be charged! And I can't get my shipping cost back unless I sign up to pay for the heater! What a joke! So they basically stole $6.95 from me for shipping costs that never happened! I'm sure I'm not the only one who sent $6.95 so what did they do with the money they stole from us in fees? This kind of out right scamming of people has got to stop.I just got another email from Lowe's today saying the same thing.Its another scam just like ACE.

An employee contacted me through email on feb 15th that the product had sold out before my order was placed, she’s ensured me when the new shipment of products arrived my order would be shipped to me. We had a couple correspondence after that initial email and then she stopped replying. (Company is in Hong Kong CHINA)
