A scammer took money out of my account initially for $239. When I didn't receive a product, they credited my account for $119 on 8/3/23. But then they took $119 out on 8/7/23under another company name!

They pretend to be a On line sale of producto from Bed Bath & Beyond, I never receive any information about the products I paid, also never received any track information about the order.

I ordered a box of (non-Cuban) cigars from Top Cigars (topcigars.us; Instagram: cigar_lover0) for $209 (paid via Cash App, at seller's request). They said they shipped via Rapid Mail LTD and gave me a tracking number/shipping code. When I inquired where my package was, Top Cigars told me to contact Rapid Mail. Rapid Mail then told me my package could not be delivered until I paid a "refundable" "insurance" deposit of $100 to "protect my package from damage." I paid this via Cash App (again, per their request). I was then told that I need to by $150 of "stamps" for the package before it could be delivered. Both companies refused to refund any of the $310 I paid.

My friend was ordering 2 shirts from this boutique. She was told her total was $36.50. My friend sent the money to her via PayPal. She was told her order would be to her in 2 weeks. She order back in June and while waiting she never received her order. She then asked the girl if she could just get a refund because she had not yet gotten her shirts. They girl told her she would have to wait because she "sent the money to the vendor", even though she sent the money straight to the girl. A few more weeks go by ad she had yet to hear anything, so she messaged the girl and was ignored multiple times. My friend decided to comment on one of the girls Instagram posts about the refund and she finally got back to her. The girl then started getting very upset with my friend and telling her that she would get her money when she got it and that she needed to stop messaging her. My friend did make a post on Facebook to let everyone know about the situation and just give a warning before buying from this boutique. The girl then proceeded to continue to message her and told her that she needed to take down the Facebook post. Of course she did not take down the post, so the girl then told my friend to "suck my d**k'. All my friend asked for was her money and was basically told she would not be getting it and she would not see her shirts. We do not believe she has a license for business and we could not find her on here, I did however want to reach out and let you all be aware of this girl. Her boutique is called Trayneboutique and it is ran by a girl of the name Taylor Palmer. She does have a Facebook page with the name of her boutique as well.

I saw an ad through my phone facebook app that appeared to be from Bed Bath & Beyond. It looked like the Stanley 40 oz tumblers were put on sale to get rid of inventory since the company is going out of business. It was only once I receive the email invoice that I realized it was by a different altogether. It was at this point that I requested a refund. I received the following response further providing proof that I had indeed been scammed:

" Your order will be canceled and we will arrange a100% refund for you, the refund will be returned to your [original payment method].

The refund of your order is gonna be applied today.

My bank identified this company, SHEIN.COM, as a suspected fraud. The company tried to charge my credit card $488.16 on August 7, 2023. Claimed it was for clothing. Fortunately my bank denied the charge and contacted me. I have never heard of this company. The company website shows no information about the country of origin or a customer service number that I could find.
