On July 28th I ordered a pool pump from what looked like the Costco website only to find a charge on my credit card from Juyue Trading. I never received any communication that my order was received, confirmed, no order number and no invoice or receipt for payment. Contacted my credit card company and I am still disputing the charge because I never received any product! What a hassle! They are nothing but scammers.

On July 29. Ordered pool pump $68. Got email confirmation from Customer Service (not from Costco). Email says to check progress with 17Track.com. After 15days nothing arrived. Email has a “contact us” link and it worked. I typed my mssg and got response: your parcel enroute thx for order. 23days later aug21, 17track shows order was delivered, but it was not. I emailed to Amy @contact us and got response to go to local post office about non delivery. I emailed that a tracking number is needed and was given usps customer phone number. Emailed again to Amy that post office can’t do anything without track no. Any again responded: check with your neighbors and family if they got the parcel because there’s nothing more we can do. By the way, took 4 requests of who is carrier before they responded with usps. Bank statement shows Juyue England got $68. So, what’s my recourse ? E. J

After placing an order for 5000 but window unit air conditioner, they did not send my air conditioner and when I disputed the sale thru my credit card they could only provide proof of purchase but no shipping documentation. This is a fraudulent sale.

I seen online where Costco wholesale was advertising to swimming pool for $59 and I made a purchase online and I've been a scam and ain't going to put my debit card for more than $59 it took almost every bit of my money I'm going to off my little cord and I need to see what I can get done about it.

Thought I was purchasing a Window AC from Lowes, but when I got the email an pending order, it was from Juyue Trading, an the email was from connshome.shop. have not received an other emails, nor did Cash App. Accept my Dispute.

I purchased a smoker. What was appeared to be Costco and it was not. They attempted to charge my card but fortunately Visa caught it. So beware of this company. It is a total scam

I purchased a mini fridge from a website claiming to be Costco. I never received a confirmation email or the mini fridge, but I was charged $59. I will dispute the charge with my bank. The charge showed up in my bank statement as ‘Juyue’. I should have looked closer at the website that I was ordering from because Costco was spelled wrong on the web address.

Brought up a costco website, ordered a trampoline for my grandson, looked legit paid with credit card had a strange feeling when I received an email with woopeel.com I called my credit card co the charge was pending , put a block on my card

online sale posted item sold by Costco. Item was offered at a 70% less than official site. Shark filterless air purifier. very good price Everything look legitimate. Pay with credit card. Payment asked for email and phone number. Website look fine.. Costco website. Payment didn't go through. Bank denied transaction. Was posted as Juyue Trading. Apparently is a crypto scam.
