I saw ad on Facebook and clicked through because I thought businesses were vetted by that company (now I know better). I placed an order with Carbon Creek Purifiers Inc. for the product & submitted my name, address, and credit card info. The product never arrived and postal tracking showed nothing after “Shipper issued shipping label.” I used the contact form on the website & no response. I then called the phone # and it is not assigned. (Also the website shows no postal code - another red flag - so I used postal code lookup to fill in the field). I know better now, but I’m hoping to help others avoid losing money they can’t afford to lose.
