I was lead to believe that I was on the official Olukai footwear website. I placed an order and was required to pay through Paypal. Only after submitting the credit card information, a confirmation message appeared informing me that a total Paypal payment of $98.00 was made to "Tiera Gary." I immediately checked my email which also showed a Paypal receipt informing me that "You paid $98.00 USD to TIERA GARY." No mention of Olukai was noted in the receipt. I immediately sent an email to the email provided below the name of Tiera Gary ([email protected]) requesting that my order be cancelled and that the charge be refunded. I believe that the website OlukaiOutletFactory.com is fraudulent and misrepresented their affiliation with Olukai footwear.
