Oliviera Pool and Plaster gave me a quote to replaster my pool and adding a spa. they started the project in November 2022. I gave them $16,500.00 up front. they only demo the pool. they asked for another payment and I gave them $25,000 more. they did the plumbing and coping but left a lot of trash in my back yard. the trash still is there. now they are telling me that they are not able to complete the job because their license has expire and they may file bankrupsy. they are using another name to collect the money. the name is DVSV Inc. Dominic Viloria is also working with another company name, Viloria Dominic DBA Pacific Island Pools. Dominic's wife Shannon is the doughter of the owner of Oliviera Pools and I think they kept using the Oliviera Pool name with out license to still money from people.
