In Google Search i looked for a pair of ski pants and found them at https://www.obermeyer-shop.com -- they seemed legit with an address in San Antonio, TX. I placed an order but I never received an email confirmation of my purchase. The following day I contacted the only way I found -- a form on their website (no phone). Didn't hear a response. I tried a gain a couple of days later. Then got suspicious and saw that their address is invalid -- it doesn't exist. The Website Domain is listed to someone in China, and my credit card charge is reflected as "restaurant purchase" with a business location of United Kingdom!! Definitively a scam!!

Website looked like an outlet for Obermeyer ski gear. Did not indicate at all that goods would be coming from China. Site has legitimate-seeming policies and payment methods. I placed an order for a ski jacket, and received a foreign tracking number but did not receive any goods for over 1 month. When my package finally arrived, it was a cheap pair of earrings in a small box. Customer Service was non-responsive once package arrived.

This website is promoting knock-off Obermeyer brand winter sports gear. Their listed address is false, they provide no phone number to call, and the logo resembles that of the reputable Obermeyer brand. Without knowing this, I purchased a pair of ski pants from another seller on Poshmark.com for a discount. This portion of my complaint is grossly irrelevant; however, had I done research prior to committing to purchasing the ski pants, I would have known they were not the quality and brand I intended to purchase.

Fake US website supposedly selling Obermeyer products. When I made my “purchase” my credit card charged different amount than cart total, was in British pounds, and was to a completely different person/entity in Great Britain. I have attempted to contact customer service through the email listed on the fake site but was eventually blocked by captcha- though I am not a robot. There is no phone number listed anywhere. It seemed a bit too good to be true but figure I’d just get an email saying the products were unavailable, not be scammed.
