Our business purchased an item through NY Home Decor's website. We received an email response the next day stating the item was no longer in stock & we would be credited. We requested a refund instead & were told one had been issued. 2 months later & still no refund. Phone number for the business goes straight to a message saying Google Voice will try to connect & the phone number listed in the emails (347-370-3909) from the person we were dealing with, ANDREI ANDRONACHE, has been disconnected. Our emails are now being rejected with a message saying they cannot be delivered. The business address given on their website & listed in Andrei's signature line is for a work collective. We spoke with an employee of the work collective that has been there 3 years & confirmed that in that time there have been no members using the name NY Home Decor, Andrei Andronache, or 82 Marketing (another business we found online connected with Andrei & credited as the web developer of the NY Home Decor site). https://humans.net/profile/andrei.andronache
