Received a phone call from # 978-883-5272. Ella was calling to tell me that my account was “in escalation” and that I owed $249.99 for Nutricure Keto supplements that I agreed to receive during a promotion where I only had to pay this S&H fee of 9.99 which I supposedly did with my Visa card(they had the last 4 digits) back on October 2024. When I denied signing up for or receiving these supplements she said that the USPS confirmed that it was delivered to my address(she read my exact address here)

She stated that my account again was “ in escalation” because of these supplements that I “availed” myself of. Her words “availed” I made her spell the word. They were calling me because the company was doing a “one time exception” and needed to know if I wanted to “close and cancel” the account before the rest of the supplement bottle were shipped to my home “very soon”. I said Yes-cancel and close since I had no idea what she was talking and that I never received anything. In order to Close and Cancel, I need to pay the balance of $249.99. I stayed on the phone arguing with Ella for about 20 minutes. I requested to speak to her supervisor. She told me that SHE was the supervisor assigned to my account. She refused to send me an email or give me the account information because ….it was “in escalation” so it was not available. But it was available to confirm that USPS delivered to me back in 10/2024?! WHAT??? After haggling for quite a while telling her supervisor, supervisor, supervisor and email, email, email I was getting nowhere. Hearing her say you agreed to these “terms and conditions”, I finally made her think that I was going to continue with the process to get the account “closed and cancelled.” So she forwarded the call to the SUPERVISOR-I thought SHE was the supervisor???WHAT??? Now Gene Morales-I made him spell his name. he told me all of the same things that Ella had said. Telling me that they would LEGALLY collect from me-again because of the “terms and conditions” that I had agreed to but which they could not supply me with thru email or account number. I asked him if I researched the phone number-that I received the call from would it show that it was a legitimate number. He told me that it was a “VOIP” number used for calling. He could not supply me with the actual website. Finally he did give me the CUSTOMER SERVICE number of 877-205-7242. After continuing to question him he got irritated with me and told me to call the number right away to get my “queries and questions” answered before they ship me the remaining bottles that will cost me “$1000.00 dollars or more.” As soon as I got home, I searched the information that I had received by writing it all down while they were talking during this phone call and found this #877-205-5272 listed under ScamPulse.com and scams. Honestly I am still nervous that this could be a legitimate thing but what company would ship additional product to you when you haven’t paid for the original shipment? UNBELIEVABLE! And I have just wasted 2 hours dealing with and being frustrated by this. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!
