They have called me upwards of 8 times and I have blocked the number each time. They come up as a local area code. They tell me I bought Nutra Keto Gummies and my card doesn't work and I need to give them a new credit card in order to fulfill my order. I told them I didn't order such thing. The last time I asked for the company name and phone number to return the call. The scammer gave the name Jane Garcia and the phone number 877-205-7242. The background noise was VERY loud with voices, clearly a call center of sorts. They only knew my name, first and last.

The person said I ordered a supplement (charged for shipping and handling only) from them and that I agreed to the terms which included a subscription. Said that the card they had on file for me was declined, and to cancel the subscription I needed to pay for 2 bottles of the supplement ($249.98 x 2) so I asked if I pay for 2 bottles will you be sending me the 2 bottles? He said no, that is the cancellation fee. I asked what the name of the company was. He said Nutra Keto. He had a strong Indian accent and I had to ask him to repeat it twice. Asked him what was the number of the card that was declined. He said he could only see the last 4 numbers- 7013. I do not have any cards with that number. Called with a local number, I told him I was not going to give a card number and asked for a contact number. He gave me this number to call back. 877-205-7242 Googled the number and it brought me here. Total scam!

I received a call, unknown how they received my information stating that I ordered a supplement and that my account was overdue $119.97 and in order to close out the account I will need to pay this balance in full. They claim to have emailed me and called me multiple times to handle this matter, none of which I received. I was called a liar and told I was trying to take advantage of the company during the phone call. I was refused hard copies of documentation and was told everything is my responsibility to find within me email. I searched and came up short multiple times. They have the last 4 digits of my card number, my telephone number, my physical address, and my email address. I am unsure how they received any of this information.
