FLOWN formerly NUMOYA sold me a hair brush straightener (Numoya Portable Straightener Brush - GoBrush PRO), when it arrived, I used it and was terribly unhappy and found it was not as advertised, did not do what it said it would do. I right away reached out to NUMOYA support ([email protected].), their refund policy states 30 day money back guarantee, but when I reached out, I was Not provided with return/refund instructions next steps. Instead, 6 e mails later, they are still giving me the run around. Asking me to try the product again, give it another chance, to take a picture, to provide all sorts of additional unnecessary information to delay providing a refund/return they promise is quick and easy at time of purchase, but in fact is not. This is a scam, fraud, and I am still awaiting instructions how to return this awful product back to this awful company so I can get my promised refund. I want to alert other potential customers to steer clear of this company and their products.
