Ordered product on the website. Product was shipped from China. When the item arrived, it was clearly used and no identifiable manufacturers logo on the product or literature. After further investigations the same item is being sold for 1/10 the price on different websites. I contacted the seller for a full refund and was denied. The only offered 25%, even though the company polices indicate I am entitled to a full refund.
