Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received an email about a collaboration on Instagram with the company Olivela. All generally seemed normal, except their email address was not using their own custom domain. We got to the point where they were supposed to ship me products, however, supposedly these products got stuck in customs and they wanted me to pay $378 in customs fees that supposedly would be reimbursed at the end of the contractual period. After inquiring about payment methods, as typically customs in South Korea is paid directly to Korean customs, they stated that their secure payment processing system had been compromised, and they were unable to get it online at the moment, so they wanted me to transfer the money via PayPal, which they said I could use to pay via card. The PayPal account they gave was a personal account, of someone with the name Dewan Md Enamul ******. PayPal username @antunu. I have not continued forward with making this payment, and the company is now threatening me on the basis that I have broken our contract however, I do not believe that this is the real company Olivela, just someone impersonating them. It is very odd to take a business payment via a personal PayPal account.
