The person emailed and texted asking for $210 for a fully refundable insurance for a delivery of a product that I ordered. The company I purchased from said free shipping and that they use their own company. The company I ordered from may be part of the scam also.

I paid $500 up front for 4 bags of bulk wood pellets. bulkfuelpellets.com The only form of payment they accepted was etransfer.

I contacted Bulk Fuel Pellets to complain about the shipping and did not receive any reply back.

They said they deliver out of Ontario Canada.
