Nova Imaging Supplies is charging us for toner that we did not ask for. They sent two orders. The first one was not caught as due to an employee thinking this was for one of our printers. The second invoice was caught due myself receiving the invoice in the mail and questioning why we are being charged for toner when all our printer take ink, we do not purchase toner. also, the receipt stated toner but the product sent is HP Black Ink 952. I have called and they asked me to send back the second order. I am trying to return and get back the first order due to money lost and the outrageous amount Nova Imaging charges for a product that we do not need and was not approved for purchase.

Nova imaging supplies sent a toner for our copier machine without ordering it. I have never ordered from them, as our copier service contract includes the toner, therefore we do not pay for it. Nova imaging then billed me $542.82. After calling them, they said they would send a pre-paid shipping label to return the cartridge. I asked for them to remove our name from the call list, which Lisa said she could not do.

Nova Imaging sent an invoice for supplies for our copier. We have a contracted vendor and do not order supplies for our copier. Nova Imaging was argumentative and said the order was verified before it was sent. They had an employee's name in our office.

Received a phone call stating they were our copier company and needed to ship our next toner cartridge. Unfortunately a new employee answered the phone. Person from Nova Imaging Supplies convinced the employee that they had our contract and wanted to verify our copier information. Received a toner cartridge via Fed Ex. Couple days later received an invoice for $380.41 when the cartridge only costs $80 online and $50 from my current company. There was no discussion on the phone as to price of $380.41. When I received the invoice I called the company and a rude woman answered the phone and did not identify the company name. She started in saying my employee authorized the purchase and they verified it was received before sending an invoice. I told her I was the only person authorized to make purchases and I had not purchased it. I also asked her to take down a number which I read off. I told her that was her report number where I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I promptly hung up the phone. Two days later I received an email stating they had zeroed out the invoice and I did not owe for the toner. I was then threatened that most calls are recorded to protect them and my company was forever on a do not ship list with them. The email was signed by someone name Mary, no last name, no credentials, and the email never had a company logo or anything on it, how unprofessional! When I googled the address for their company it is a UPS store in Oklahoma. I thought the toner scams from the '90's were over. I have educated my employee. Their website looks fake and their address being a UPS store is also suspicious.

A caller claimed to be conducting an information confirmation for our office printer ink and toner shipments. Because it was early in the new year, the caller made it seem as though they were aware our toner was running low and were confirming that company details had not changed before shipment. Since I know we receive ink automatically when low, I confirmed the information that they read to me thinking that it was our usual supply company. They already had our information, and I simply verified that nothing had changed from what they "had on file." I recall confirming the office address, office phone number, printer type, and my name. They asked whether I wanted to add a card on file or keep our current PO/invoicing preference. I told them PO was fine, so shortly after, we received a box of toner along with an invoice—at three times the usual price—only to realize that the company was not our actual supplier.
