I purchased the device (SoniQ) well before Christmas and waited and waited. I finally sent an email to the email address given on the website. I received no reply but suddenly I got a shipping email. The product arrived and, when I tried to use it, it looked like it had been used, and nothing happened except lights came on. It is supposed to have many functions, including massaging action. Then I noticed it turned off--it doesn't stay on. This is a sham product. When I emailed them again to find out how to return it, the email came back--the email address does not exist. I verified I had the right address and tried again. No luck--same message. Their site says they are "US based," but I couldn't find an address, and the package looks like it came from China.
