They used a (bait and switch) tactic. I received an email from my security camera website saying "We have reloaded your account with $30 in credits for the new year. On us." I clicked on the attachment and selected the $39.99 plan. After checkout I saw they didn't apply my $30 credit. I contacted the customer service and was told "Regarding the $30 credit you have received, we want to set the proper expectation in order to take advantage of it you need to subscribe to our Standard (5 cameras, 15 days Motion) or Plus Annual (5 cameras, 30 days Motion) plans." Nowhere along the way did they state that it was only good for the 5 camera plan. I have screen shots to prove. They will not refund me my money, cancel my plan, and have my credit card on files for auto renew, There phone number goes straight to voice mail.
