I can forward you the email. They were automatically renewing my (non existing) Norton subscription with my "saved" payment method. When I stupidly called, they wanted to connect with my device to obtain a cancellation code at which time I hung up. He told me they already had my $299.99 and I couldn't see it yet. I had told them that if I HAD downloaded it, I no longer possessed that computer. Then he wanted to connect to my phone (I called from a landline) When I resisted that, he said "then you won't get your money back" The scammer said "sometimes scammers will obtain your information and sign you up for things you don't want" The attached "receipt" looked very legitimate, even to a decently savvy person.
