We contacted him to do some work on our trailer. We made the mistake of giving him

Our RV. He cashed the check and to date has not installed our toppers. He doesn’t answer his phone or respond to e-mail.
It’s been 2 months now. He doesn’t have a physical address we can find so we can recover our property. We have reported this to the sheriffs department.
