Ordered a mirror from Norrin.ca, never shipped and website disappeared

I ordered a mirror from Norrin.ca (website: norrin.ca) which was advertised on Facebook. The website looked legitimate. I received and order confirmation and even seemingly had tracking with the Shop app. After a week of no shipping update, I reached out to the company which only had an email as their contact information ([email protected]). They responded back and thanked me for my patience and said they were checking with their team. I checked in several times and received similar responses from them. I finally asked for a refund and still nothing. Once I responded saying I thought they were a scam and was going to report them, all of a sudden their website doesn't exist. I lost $104.90.
