Yes I kept receiving letters in the mail stating that I needed an extended warranty. Got it. The guy charged me 199.00 for my down payment 7/26/2024. They been taking 151.66 out of my account for the past few months! A couple of days ago my check engine light came on so I figured since I’m covered under a warranty why not take it to a shop. Took it to the shop guy calls me and confirms that I need a transmission replacement, I’m like while call my insurance company eleras automotive group. He said he’s been calling them since yesterday 10/16/24 he said they gave him a number 888-6576481 they took all the information they needed about my vehicle and told him yes everything is covered and he’ll have to call the claims department 8442046692. WELL he called he said they been giving him the run around for about a hour! The machine kept saying you have 5 people ahead of you, 2, 1 then the phone disconnected! He stated he also tried to contact eleras automotive group again this morning 10/17/24 still no luck so there’s nothing more he can do unless I pay him out of pocket. I don’t have 5,000 dollars! So I called customer service this morning myself to see what’s going on and the lady on the other end started stuttering over here words like she wasn’t confident enough to say what needs to be said. She started talking about another company is the one that take care of my situation it JUST DIDN'T MAKE SENSE. I’m very upset because I thought I was with a company that was in legitimate business. I never in my 32 years of living thought I’ll be scammed! Especially at a wrong time like this! I can’t afford to lose out on any money. I missed out on 2 days of work because of this! I just want a refund of my money, policy canceled, and nothing else to do with this company expeditiously!
