My family saw a Facebook ad for a YSL bag that linked to a website called nodstrom-online.com. The site looked similar to Nordstrom and was offering luxury bags at heavily discounted prices. The name of the site appears to be mimicking Nordstrom to trick users. They didn’t make a purchase, but the site seems suspicious and possibly fraudulent. I want to report it to help prevent others from being scammed.

On March 1, 2024 I saw an add on Instragram that looked like it came from Nordstrom Rack due to the logo on the page. I purchased what I thought was a deeply discounted Chanel Jumbo Classic Double Flap Black Caviar Bag with Gold Hardware. Delivery was to be in 3-5 days. Each time I check the website for tracking, it says the purse is waiting for the carrier (USPS) to pick up from Jamaica, NY. I took a screen shot of my purchase from my phone.

Two weeks after order, I received two SMS texts from “USPS” indicating my delivery address was incomplete and package undeliverable. Link provided was to be responded to within 12 hours. Both texts used different links. I emailed the address found in the email confirmation. They responded, provided a tracking number and link to tracking site. That is when I found out I was buying from China. I emailed them again, forming that the tracking site was not helpful and that it felt like a scam. I then forwarded the text message by email to them and found that I my email had been blocked. The website is also defunct.

I saw an ad on Facebook from Nordstrom Rack for Uggs on clearance for up to 78% off on Uggs boots and slippers. I selected several

pairs to be purchased and filled out all my personal information and my credit card information. It kept processing then kicked me out because it said that I had to go back and reduce my purchase to under $200. I did and tried to process the order again and it still

did not take the order, so I deleted one more item and entered the order again. The order number is GZUGG2024010623196159. While

placing the order, I received 4 emails

From them, 3 of them Asking me to complete my purchase and the last one asking if I faced any problems

with placing my order and to complete it now. They have all my personal

Information. My daughter looked up

Scams from this fake Nordstrom Rack and found that it was a scam.
