I got what I thought was a subscription to NordVPN. did not work after 60 days contacted support at [email protected]. They wanted my payment method details including security code. I did not give it to them! Go a convincing looking receipt!
Beware.

I was contacted by Nord VPN through a text saying my phone was full of viruses and needed their service or my files would be corrupted. I was told my personal info was jeopradized and i needed their service immediately. I purchased it thinking i needed it or my phone would crash. I have tried to get my money back because i contacted samsung abd samsung said my phone is fine that samsung puts safety av on their phones that stops all viruses that if i did get a virus attempt samsungs protection would prevent it their knox system. I contacted nord for a refund i got an email that said i dont get a refund cuz its been over 30 days and that nord is for windows and ios only not even for cell phones. I was lied to they contacted me i did not seek them out i dont even own a computer or ios device, never have. I was told i will not receive a refund. I live on ssi i dont have $30 to just throw away and i found out its not possible to get a virus on my phone and that these texts and emails are phishing scams. Then i find out the service i signed up for isnt even for phones. I need my money back and i dont know who to contact. Theres no way to find the text number that sent the text to me i deleted all texts and lost that phone. I cant find any address or number for Nord VPN only that their headquarters is in panama n their servers are in america everywhere. I am contacting the media next i dont know their email or any info you need all i know is they are all over the internet as some great company but they scammed a disabled woman and stole my money.
