I bought a hair styler that apparently doesn’t work on my type of hair… I contacted customer service to send it back and get a refund. She asked me for a video using the tools then said they cannot accept the tools back if they’ve been used because of hygiene purposes. Yet on their website, they advise a 60-day money back guarantee.

False advertising. Ad says 60 day returns They won’t refund my money with return. They make excuses I haven’t used it. Thought it was a curling iron. They did not give a phone number so used mine in this form
