The styler from NoraStyler.com became defective after only a few light uses and within a couple of weeks of purchase— making loud rattling noises and emitting smoke. This is clearly a manufacturing fault.

I contacted customer service at [email protected], sent videos of the product with the default and they have chose to totally ignore any request for resolution.

I bought the Nora Styler because of the money back guarantee. When I received it, it barely blew air and didn’t work on my hair. I contacted the company to send it back for a refund, but got the runaround and finally told it was a hygiene issue and couldn’t issue a refund. Citing that if you tried it you couldn’t return it. They were misleading with the money back guarantee. Please beware Ard do not order from this company. There is even a facebook page due to this very issue.

Purchased the product. Arrived defective and only worked on the highest setting 3. Emails were sent back and forth asking for pictures which were sent. I was given an address to mail it back to of:

I reached out saying according to the return policy if the item is defective the customer does not pay return shipping. They asked for videos, which were sent. Then the email said they just don't offer return shipping labels to which I explained that is false advertising. I don't care if the item goes back to them. I just want my refund for the defective product. They have another post on their refund/return policy that states they will basically only give store credit or gift cards for returns. No cash back returns. That is unacceptable.

Ordered a product from a company that has a 60 day guarantee . Well the product doesn’t work the way it’s advertised and the company says they can’t issue a refund because it is used . They refuse to take the product back and issue a refund.

NORASTYLER advertises a 60-DAY-MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on the front top of their advertisement. When the order was placed first off it added an extra styler and an extra case.
I recieved the 2 cases damged they only wanted to help me with one.
I waited for weeks with help on the cases before even trying the styler.
I tried the stylyer, it didnt work for me. So I asked for a return they will not return it for me. None of it. They told me it is not their Policy! When their advertisement clearly states it is. EVEN IF IT ISNT USED! AND I JUST SAT AND LOOKED AT IT! THEY refused to return it and refund my money!

I bought a hair styler that apparently doesn’t work on my type of hair… I contacted customer service to send it back and get a refund. She asked me for a video using the tools then said they cannot accept the tools back if they’ve been used because of hygiene purposes. Yet on their website, they advise a 60-day money back guarantee.

False advertising. Ad says 60 day returns They won’t refund my money with return. They make excuses I haven’t used it. Thought it was a curling iron. They did not give a phone number so used mine in this form
